Eric Marshall was born and raised in Springville, Utah. He graduated from Springville High School where he was a multi-sport athlete. After high school, Eric attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Art History. Following his time at BYU, Eric attended law school at Ohio Northern University. Eric received many honors during his time in law school, including winning the Moot Court competition his first year. Eric went on to become the president of the Moot Court Society. The Moot Court Society coordinated, held, coached and presided over Moot Court competitions for Ohio High Schools. It was during that process that Eric first discovered his passion for advocating for the rights of his clients. That passion continues in the work that he does today.

While at Brigham Young University, Eric met his wife Sarah. He is the proud father of three children, and he loves watching them participate in basketball, soccer, music and school activities. When not busy at work, Eric enjoys golf, exercise, running, basketball, and spending time with his family. Growing up at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, Eric has a profound love of nature and loves being in the great outdoors
